Monthly Renewable Agreement: The agreed-upon amount for project management consulting services is renewable on a monthly basis. This means that both parties can adjust the scope of services and the corresponding fee up or down at the beginning of each month, based on the evolving needs of the client.
Flat Rate with Hourly Range: Our fee structure is based on a flat rate with a range of hours included each month. This allows for flexibility on both sides. From the client perspective, it reduces the need to track the exact number of hours worked each month and ensures that you always have access to the support you need. From my perspective, it allows me to flex up or down week by week to accommodate your changing needs without having to worry about running out of hours.
